EveryMatrix, a provider of technology for online gaming enterprises, has acquired Leapbit, a developer of software for sports wagering.
This acquisition will enhance EveryMatrix’s sports betting offering, OddsMatrix, by integrating more sophisticated and refined features for retail patrons.
With this purchase, EveryMatrix will transform OddsMatrix from a purely online platform into a comprehensive online and physical betting solution. OddsMatrix will incorporate Leapbit’s complete suite of retail software and additional products, such as virtual horse racing and lottery games.
Leapbit was established in 2018 and specializes in providing sports betting software to other businesses. They possess extensive market experience and a highly skilled team of engineers. The company’s founders previously held positions at Superbet, a prominent Romanian gambling firm.
Leapbit has developed its own software for retail and sports betting, as well as virtual horse racing and lottery games. They also create customized software for leading gambling companies in Central and Eastern Europe.
This strategic combination will expand OddsMatrix’s network through established retail offerings, enabling the organization to broaden its clientele by reaching new audiences for feature-rich and intricate products that can support retail and online operations in regulated markets.

Team Integration and New Zagreb Office
Leapbit’s development team will combine with OddsMatrix’s existing structure and continue to deliver software from its current location in Zagreb, Croatia. To further solidify the union of the two entities, Leapbit’s leadership team will oversee the transition.
